KIDS
The SJJA Kids Program is an ideal way for your little champion to mature into a motivated, patient and compassionate adult while learning self defense. It’s a great way to foster the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and a positive, fun space for making friends
BEGINNERS
Curriculum focused on the core techniques that every Jiu Jitsu practitioner should know. Focusing on both the self defense and sport aspect of Jiu Jitsu, this program is great for ensuring that each new students gets a high quality introduction into Jiu Jitsu while allowing for more advanced students to perfect the basics. The goal of this Program is to prepare the white belts to achieve their blue belt.
ADVANCED
After a strong foundation has been developed it is time to build upon it. That is where the Advanced Program comes into play. Focused on exploring Jiu Jitsu more in depth the Advanced Program is perfect for any student that has reached the Blue Belt level and is determined on achieving the goal of the Black Belt.
