Professor George took up Brazilian Jiu Jitsu a decade ago after specialising in freestyle wrestling, training under Sydney Jiu Jitsu Head Professor Bruno Alves.

George has since been an instructor at Sydney Jiu Jitsu Head Academy Crows Nest for Professor Bruno Alves, and has trained in many academies all around the world including Asia and the United Arad Emirates. He is an active international competitor and medallist including the Abu Dhabi World Pro Jiu-Jitsu Championship, Pan Pacific IBJJF Jiu-Jitsu Championship, and Australian National Championship.

George is delighted to be in Hurstville teaching the techniques that he has acquired through his career of training with the very best Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioners in the world.
